Our Training Deliverables

  • Educate sales teams around pitching, listing and managing auction campaigns

  • Work with sales teams to manage stock lists and convert auction campaigns to expedite the sales process

  • Provide sales teams with a tool kit to compete with other agencies and give them a cutting edge

  • Teach sales teams how to negotiate with vendors and buyers to achieve positive outcomes

Step 1 - Catch Up

Initial coffee with the principal and a team catch up (30 mins) free of charge. After this session you have the option to lock in your training schedule.

Step 2 - Getting Started

4 x 1 hour sessions over the period of one month.

Step 3 - Monthly Sessions

  • 1 x 1 hour team session - specific to the challenges currently faced in the market (to be discussed with the principal/sales manager prior to session)

  • Online reserve set meetings for properties going to auction

  • 1 x 1 hour online session with the principal on business strategy and growth

  • Frequent one-on-one phone sessions with the sales team

Cost $770 including GST per month

Book 3-4 auctions per month and get the next months training for $550 including GST
Book 5 - 6 auctions per month and get the next months training for $330 including GST
Book 7+ auctions per month and get the next months training for FREE

Auctioneering is a craft that can’t ever be perfected. It is a feel for the situation, the crowd and the emotion that can only be derived from experience.
