In Room / On Site
We suggest two options for conducting auctions: conducting onsite auctions during the day or holding in-room auction events in the evenings, each once or twice per month. Our ideal approach involves creating an auction calendar with scheduled auction dates for a 3-month period. Properties will be strategically positioned to be auctioned on these dates.
This proposal allows for flexibility and does not impose any limitations on the number of properties auctioned within a 24-hour period. By adopting this approach, we aim to foster a highly competitive auction environment while minimising the impact on VPA and office expenses.
