Training schedule
Our training schedule is designed to to run fortnightly across a 10 week period, with sessions running between 45 and 60 minutes including content delivery and interactive discussions, designed to enhance retention and learning. Each module will include a workbook and practical exercises which add value and improve the experience for the sales team.
Session 1: Auction Essentials 101
Session 2: Pitching and winning auction listings
Session 3: Campaign structure
Session 4: Understanding preauction offers and creating buyers
Session 5: Game day

Our training sessions include printed workbooks for all sales teams so they can work through modules and make notes as we complete each session.
We also provide an electronic version so the team can keep this on file for future reference.
We suggest recording the sessions as an ongoing resource you can have available for your team as you grow and expand.
